Planning Coordinator (CDM Regulations)

Except where a project is for a domestic client any project is Notifiable where the construction work is expected to

  • last more than 30 working days;
  • involve more than 500 person days.

Clients have a regulatory duty to appoint a competent CDM coordinator for all notifiable projects. In the more extreme circumstances, a breach of the regulations may result in criminal prosecution and prison.
