Training and development
Robinson & Hall is committed to maximising the personal development of every employee, with training tailored to allow each employee to maximise their potential and develop their career within the Firm.
Training and development is usually outsourced and covers a wide range of topics such as I.T. updates, Sales Negotiation, Assertiveness and Confidence, Networking, Time Management and Customer Care. Where possible these courses are designed to count towards employees Continuing Professional Development to supplement any external CPD seminars.
To encourage our staff to continually improve their performance, and to maximise their potential, we undertake regular individual staff appraisals. This identifies target areas for each employee to develop their skills and identifies ways in which the employee’s skill sets can be developed to aid both the Firm’s own business objective and the individual’s careers aspirations.
