With a background in commercial property ranging from industrial estates to one-man offices, and high street retail units, Simon has made his mark in growing this department. Together with his team, he lets and sells thousands of square feet of distinctly different properties each year and is highly active in negotiating and settling rent reviews for both landlords and tenants and advising and appealing against business rates listings for occupiers. Direct access to other in-house specialists within planning and development, valuation, surveying and auctioneering enhances his first-class service.
Simon and his team guide landlords and tenants through the entire property lifecycle, with no one job being too large or small or too challenging.
