BSc Building Surveying
Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators
Member (CDM Co-ordinator) of the Association for Project Safety
Past President of the Bedford Surveyors 1921 Club
Paul joined Robinson & Hall in 1981 to head up the building surveying department.
Following over 20 years as a Partner and latterly as Senior Partner, Paul stepped down from the role in December 2009 but continues with the firm as a Consultant Partner.
Paul is happy providing practical advice on any building project, but has additional expertise in large or complicated, one-off schemes having worked for the MoD, and various museums and palaces. He is equally at home working on or arranging repairs to large, fire damaged listed buildings, as he is designing and project managing a biogas plant to produce electricity from manure.
As the son of a master builder and having started out in his family firm, Paul’s long track record gives him hands-on practical expertise which is second to none. He is often described as the ‘Property Doctor’.
