Ray joined Robinson & Hall’s building surveying department from an architectural practice and provides fully detailed, compliant construction drawings. He designs bespoke practical and aesthetic buildings in AutoCAD and prepares drawings for planning, building regulations, tendering and construction.
His many years of experience and creative approach come into full effect when negotiating on behalf of clients with planning authorities and building inspectors to find solutions that gain their approval.
In addition to the commercial and residential projects, Ray has time-proven flair for sites designed for a specific purpose. He has exceeded customer expectations in delivering care homes, educational, religious, brewery, civic and retail building projects.
