Kellie joined Robinson & Hall as Residential Lettings Manager in 2008 after spending seven years in Newcastle upon Tyne, specializing in residential lettings. Her role varied widely but mainly focused on student accommodation and private residential properties. Kellie has since successfully developed Robinson & Hall's residential lettings department into one of the leading residential lettings agencies in Bedfordshire, substantially increasing the number and range of properties under management.
This has been achieved by providing her clients with a comprehensive, reliable and efficient service in a friendly approachable manner. Kellie has developed a reputation for getting things done without fuss at minimum cost and deals promptly with queries from landlords and tenants.
Kellie keeps up to date with the current market and latest legal developments including the requirements of the new tenancy deposit scheme. She is experienced in dealing with houses in multiple occupancy, Rent Act tenancies and can also advise potential investors on buy-to-let opportunities.
Since her return to Bedford Kellie has helped to establish a Young Professionals Group in order to develop the working relationships between people in related sectors, thus enabling her to provide a better service to her clients.
Kellie is highly qualified in her field, being a fellow of The Association of Residential Letting Agents and a member of The National Association of Estate Agents and The Association of Professional Inventory Providers.
