Chris is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 30 years experience. He specialises in preparing residential building surveys and home buyer reports, together with residential market valuations. Through this work he has acquired a comprehensive knowledge of residential building construction and values in Bedfordshire and the surrounding areas. Chris also deals with residential and commercial buildings insurance valuations and other building surveying services.
Chris is also qualified as a commercial Energy Performance Assessor and is therefore able to provide Energy Performance Certificates as required by current legislation for all commercial and non-domestic properties.
