David has been involved in all aspects of Commercial Property for 27 years working in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and Cambridgeshire.  He has been based in the Milton Keynes area for the last 11 years concentrating principally on secured lending valuations.

David has also been involved in the management of individual offices in a Regional Management Role within a national organisation.  He has also acted for clients in the acquisition and disposal of properties throughout the UK, together with providing advice on development, valuations, lease renewals, rent reviews and dilapidations.

David is taking an active role in growing and strengthening our expanding Commercial Property Services Department.
