Andrew is frequently involved in major developments on behalf of various private owners and organisations across the country. Clients value his strategic planning expertise to effectively promote sites through the planning system and to ensure that they derive maximum benefit from development opportunities as they arise.
Using his considerable professional experience, Andrew is particularly well known for generating additional value from land and property through option agreements and/or planning promotion agreements and for deriving additional value from identifying alternative uses for existing buildings.
