Exam Success

We are delighted to announce that Nick Wells, a trainee in our Rural Property Services department, has passed his RICS Assessment of Professional Comptetence (APC). This means that Nick is now a qualified chartered surveyor and entitled to use the designation MRICS.

Managing Partner, Stephen Home, comments, 'Nick has worked extremely hard for his exams and his success reflects his technical knowledge and ability to apply himself to the task in hand.'  Nick has assisted with estate management, lettings, valuations and the sale of land and farms throughout his training and will continue to devlop his skills in these areas.
