New Recruit For Expanding Commercial Department

We are delighted to announce that David Watling has joined our expanding Commercial Department.  He has over 27 years experience in all aspects of Commercial Property and has been living in Milton Keynes for the last 11 years concentrating principally on secured lending valuations.

David has been involved in the management of individual offices in a Regional Management Role within a national company.  He has also acted for clients in the acquisition and dispersal of properties throughout the UK , together with providing advice on development, valuations, lease renewals, rent reviews and dilapidations.
