On Wednesday 30th May Robinson & Hall showed their support by sponsoring and taking part in the Barclays Charity Bike Ride in aid of The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI) and The Prince's Trust.
Their stage, which was 14 miles from Grafham Water to Mowsbury Park and described as ‘hilly’, didn’t put the determined riders off. In fact, they managed to complete it in just over 1 hour!
Andrew Barr, Partner and Head of Planning and Development who took part says “Despite the unexpected incline at the start which really tested our stamina, the day was a huge success and so far over £1,000 has been raised! I would like to thank everyone involved in such an enjoyable day!”
The ride was a total of 220 miles from Humber to Tower Bridge and a few employees of Barclays rode the entire distance!
Barclays are hoping to raise a minimum of £10,000 and will match all donations under their £ for £ scheme. If you would like to make a donation please visit:
