On Tuesday 10th July Robinson & Hall held an auction at the Holiday Inn, Milton Keynes East which attracted buyers from far and wide. In fact, 90% of auction properties have sold far this year! The auctioneer David Jones, stated “the success rate proves that selling at auction is a great and quick way to sell your property with properties being marketed, exchanged and completed in as little as 8 weeks”.
The highlight at the auction was an unusual grade two listed period house and two shops in the picturesque high street of Stoney Stratford.

Robinson & Hall are inviting lots for our next auctions on 6th September and 8th November 2012 at the Holiday Inn, Milton Keynes East. The closing date for properties for the September auction is 9th August 2012. Charles Lovell, Auction Manager comments “We already have 11 properties confirmed for our next auction including a number of investment properties which offer yields well in excess of rates offered to investors by High Street Banks. The reason why our clients sell their properties at auction is because of speed of sale and the fantastic price we can achieve for their properties. The most highly sought at the moment are freehold homes requiring significant refurbishment”.
