Eco Friendly Buildings

There is an increasing interest when designing new buildings and converting existing ones to include green technologies within the scheme. This can often lead to higher rental returns and green technology will appeal to a wider range of potential occupiers. We have just completed a business park development with a range of green credentials including air sourced heat pumps and rainwater harvesting.
 
It is increasingly a requirement of planners to include these technologies and our experience in letting buildings is that it is now a question asked by many prospective tenants when first inspecting a building.  We have experience with many of these technologies and can advise on the most appropriate options in the particular circumstances.
